Refund policy

All orders are shipped within 7 business days. Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt for damaged or incorrectly packaged orders, but otherwise are subject to shipping fees, restocking fees, and inspection. Refused or canceled orders may incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees deducted from refunds. If an order needs to be canceled, it must be done immediately to avoid a restocking fee of 15%.

The return policy allows for returns within 30 days of item delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, with tags intact and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Start a return

To start a return, please submit a returns request.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please do not send your return until you have heard back from us.

Damages and issues

If there are any damages and/or faults with the product(s) received, please email us right away with photos, and we will work at evaluating and solving the issue right away!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have a return policy that excludes certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
