Free Shipping on Orders of $200 in the continental USA

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and its destination, and we are pleased to ship worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping due to the size and weight of many of our items. However, we strive to provide the most accurate weights to ensure that you receive the best shipping rates available through our partnerships with the United States Postal Service, FedEx, and FedEx Express Save. 

We aim to ship regular orders within 1 to 3 business days or on the next scheduled delivery date. If all of your packages indicate a “delivered” status but you have not received all of your items or if any of them have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. 

Please note that backordered items are currently unavailable from our suppliers, and we do not typically handle these orders. If an item is out of stock, it will be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made. Additionally, many of our products and items are sold in full case packs or as individual units.
